Please share a few details about PROCOM as a company and its journey to what it is today.

PROCOM is a Business Solutions company with 25 years on the market; the main products are ERP/CRM/POS/PMS for specific verticals like tourism, automotive, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, and services.

We offer a 360 solution to provide a digital transformation to small and mid-sized companies.

Can you elaborate on the products that you offer, such as PMS-POS and SOLARIA, and tell us the differences between them?

SOLARIA is a Business suite that includes e-commerce, electronic billing, a POS module, PMS for hotels’ front desk and reservations, and all the business cycles that cover an ERP, like accounts payables/receivables, purchases, inventory, costs, accounting, banks, and fixed assets.

You also offer services such as digitalization of the service sector. What can you tell me about that part of your work?

Our customers definitely need something deeper than just a software solution. They need to transform and control processes and workflows. That’s where we step in and offer solutions for a digital transformation.

What sets you apart from your competitors in the Latin American market?

What sets us apart are deeper software solutions with big flexibility. We offer a custom experience using software designed for a general vertical. We offer 16/7 service, Monday to Sunday, and a constant evolution with new features being released on a monthly basis.

What can we expect from the company going forward?

We want to become one of the top 3 software providers in our region through our tech and innovations. Currently, we have customers in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panamá, and México.

Is there anything else about your work that you’d like to share that we haven’t covered?

As a leader of PROCOM and a strong woman, I understand how small businesses can grow using technology. Women leadership is a great ingredient for an emerging market and a company with a great vision.
